Job Summary: 

Scope of Work

  1. Design, evaluate, and document enterprise-grade AI-powered workflows that drive measurable productivity improvements.
  2. Develop and optimize workflow automation leveraging leading AI platforms such as ChatGPT Work, Claude Cowork, Codex, or equivalent tools.
  3. Architect cross-platform AI solutions, ensuring workflow portability and interoperability across varied enterprise environments.
  4. Integrate AI systems with enterprise knowledge management, collaboration, and business process platforms.
  5. Enable and support AI adoption initiatives, providing guidance on change management and best practices for enterprise stakeholders.
  6. Identify, analyze, and recommend process improvements using systems thinking and a data-driven approach.
  7. Produce clear documentation, executive presentations, case studies, and business impact reports to communicate AI workflow outcomes and business value.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. 5+ years of experience in enterprise environments, with demonstrated experience using generative AI tools to improve business productivity, workflows, and automation.
  2. Proven track record designing and deploying AI-powered workflow automations and integrations across large organizations.
  3. Strong expertise in AI workflow design, business process optimization, and enterprise knowledge management systems.
  4. Familiarity with leading AI productivity platforms (e.g., ChatGPT Work, Claude Cowork, Codex) and enterprise connectors.
  5. Demonstrated ability to drive AI adoption and enablement within cross-functional teams.
  6. Experience in enterprise change management initiatives focused on digital transformation and process improvement.
  7. Excellent systems thinking skills with the ability to deliver clear, actionable insights aligned with organizational objectives.
