Job description

Company Overview

Our client is a U.S.-based healthcare organization focused on precision-driven, minimally invasive treatment solutions. They combine modern medical innovation with patient-centered care, and a large share of their new patients arrive through referral partnerships with law firms. Growing and maintaining that referral network is core to the business.

Your Role

This is a great first (or early-career) role for someone who wants hands-on experience across marketing, business development, and sales operations. This is fundamentally a B2B sales and lead-generation role. Your job is to build relationships with law firms so they send their clients and patients to us. You'll use marketing as a tool in service of that goal (outreach messaging, LinkedIn presence, follow-up content), not as the goal itself.

Success looks like a growing list of law firm relationships, a repeatable way of getting in the door with hard-to-reach prospects, and outreach that reliably converts into patient referrals. There's already a playbook for how this works — you don't need years of experience in this exact market, you need the sales instincts and persistence to run it well and make it your own.

You’ll:

  • Build relationships with law firms and get their clients/patients referred to us

  • Find creative ways to get in the door with law firms that are hard to reach or reluctant to engage

  • Run outbound outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn) to build and work a sales funnel of referral partners

  • Move prospective referral partners from first contact through to a working relationship that sends real referrals

  • Use marketing materials and messaging as a support tool for sales conversations, not as a standalone workstream

  • Maintain accurate CRM records of contacts, outreach activity, and pipeline status

  • Report on referral pipeline movement, response rates, and what's working in outreach

  • Identify opportunities to improve the outreach playbook as you learn what gets law firms to respond

You Bring:

  • Strong spoken and written English, and genuine comfort making outbound calls to law firms and other B2B prospects

  • Sales or sales-support experience — cold-calling, customer support, call-center, or similar backgrounds

  • A working understanding of lead generation or sales funnels

  • Persistence and resourcefulness in getting a response from prospects who don't want to engage

  • Comfort with B2B outreach and relationship-building as a core part of the job, not a side task

  • Willingness to learn the specifics of this market and business model — direct healthcare or legal industry experience is not required

Bonus Points:

  • Experience selling or prospecting on behalf of U.S.-based companies from an international location

  • Prior exposure to law firms, healthcare referral networks, or other B2B partnership environments

  • Familiarity with a CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar) or LinkedIn Sales Navigator

  • Marketing skills (content, LinkedIn/social, email) as a complement to your sales work

What’s Offered:

  • Fully remote, independent contractor engagement (you're responsible for your own taxes, insurance, and benefits)

  • Compensation in the $800–$1,000/month range, paid in your local currency (USD-equivalent quoted alongside your local-currency rate)

  • A clear, existing playbook — you're not building the strategy from scratch, you're executing and sharpening it

  • Real ownership over building out a referral pipeline that directly drives new patients

  • Schedule aligned with U.S. business hours

Interview Process:

1️⃣ Introductory conversation and experience review

2️⃣ Marketing and business development discussion

3️⃣ Skills and communication assessment

4️⃣ Leadership interview and final alignment
