Help Power Health Equity Through Partnership, Innovation, and Impact
At OCHIN, we believe that every community deserves access to high-quality, equitable healthcare. As the Director, Technical Assistance Center, you'll play a pivotal role in advancing that mission by leading the systems, teams, and partnerships that help healthcare organizations strengthen their capabilities and better serve their communities.
In this highly visible leadership role, you'll drive the successful execution of complex technical assistance and workforce development programs, ensuring partners receive exceptional support and that contractual commitments translate into meaningful, measurable outcomes. You'll lead across functions, collaborate with diverse stakeholders, and help shape a scalable service model that enables organizations to navigate change and achieve lasting impact.
We're looking for a leader who combines strong operational expertise with exceptional emotional intelligence. The ideal candidate is skilled at building trust, fostering collaboration, and bringing people together around a shared purpose. They thrive in environments where not every answer is known, can confidently navigate ambiguity, and are adept at balancing strategic vision with the flexibility needed to respond to evolving partner and program needs. Through thoughtful leadership, sound judgment, and a commitment to continuous improvement, they create clarity, inspire confidence, and empower teams to perform at their best.
This is an opportunity to make a significant impact at OCHIN by helping shape how technical assistance is delivered across a growing network of partners. If you're energized by complex challenges, motivated by mission-driven work, and passionate about developing teams, building partnerships, and driving results that advance health equity, we'd love to hear from you.
