The Enablement & Governance Lead, Infrastructure & Operations (I&O) is responsible for establishing and driving the governance, operational excellence, portfolio enablement, and performance management practices across the global Infrastructure & Operations organization. This role serves as a strategic partner to I&O leadership, ensuring alignment of initiatives, standardization of processes, effective decision-making, risk management, organizational communications, and execution of enterprise-wide infrastructure transformation programs.

This position reports to the director of Transformation and Network services and is part of the Infrastructure and Operations organization and will be fully remote.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Establish and lead governance frameworks, operating rhythms, and decision-making processes across the I&O organization, driving portfolio governance for infrastructure, cloud, network, security, workplace technologies, service management, and operational excellence initiatives.
  • Develop and manage executive dashboards, KPI scorecards, metrics reporting, and operational reviews, and facilitate quarterly business reviews, leadership reviews, steering committees, and executive governance forums to provide visibility into organizational performance.
  • Ensure alignment of strategic initiatives with business priorities, technology roadmaps, and organizational objectives, supporting annual planning, budgeting, workforce planning, and strategic roadmap development for I&O.
  • Lead cross-functional coordination and enablement activities that improve planning, prioritization, execution, and accountability, partnering with infrastructure leaders to monitor portfolio health, resource capacity, financial performance, risks, dependencies, and delivery outcomes.
  • Drive standardization of governance processes, documentation standards, communications, reporting, and operational practices across the global I&O organization.
  • Establish and maintain organizational performance metrics, operating models, maturity assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives to elevate the effectiveness and maturity of the I&O function.
  • Lead organizational communications, change management, stakeholder engagement, and executive reporting, partnering with PMO, Enterprise Architecture, Security, Finance, Procurement, and Business stakeholders to improve organizational effectiveness.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field, with 8+ years of experience in IT governance, PMO leadership, operational excellence, portfolio management, enablement, or infrastructure operations leadership roles within large-scale enterprise environments.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure domains including cloud, network, security, service management, workplace services, and data center operations, with hands-on experience supporting global Infrastructure & Operations organizations.
  • Proven experience developing governance frameworks, KPIs, operational metrics, dashboards, and executive-level reporting, along with strong program management, portfolio management, and organizational leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence leaders and drive alignment across cross-functional global teams, managing organizational planning, budgeting, resource management, and strategic initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and executive engagement capabilities, complemented by strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-support skills.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • PMP, PgMP, ITIL, COBIT, Lean Six Sigma, SAFe, or equivalent certification.
  • Knowledge of IT governance, risk management, compliance, audit, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Experience with ServiceNow, Power BI, Microsoft Project, Jira, Smartsheet, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
