Senior Technical Business Analyst (Trading + Collateral + Data + Scrum Master)

We’re seeking a Senior Technical Business Analyst with strong experience in the trade lifecycle, collateral management, and data analysis, combined with hands‑on Scrum Master capabilities. This role supports trading, risk, treasury, operations, and collateral teams while driving requirements, data validation, workflow improvements, and agile delivery. Ideal for subcontractors who can bridge business and technology and ensure timely, high‑quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and translate requirements into functional specs, flows, and user stories
• Improve collateral workflows and support intraday collateral processes
• Perform data analysis, validate datasets, and review data products/pipelines
• Facilitate agile ceremonies, remove blockers, and drive continuous improvement
• Liaise with stakeholders and ensure timely delivery of features and initiatives

Must‑Have Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, CS, Data, or related field
• Capital markets BA experience with strong trade lifecycle knowledge
• Collateral management expertise (margining, optimization, settlements)
• Strong data analysis and data product review experience
• Hands‑on Scrum Master experience
• Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management
• Familiarity with trade capture systems, risk engines, and collateral platforms
• Agile certification (CSM/PSM) preferred
