This is a remote position.

CAPTAIN & STEW/CHEF COUPLE - (PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF IN A COUPLE TEAM)

Start Date: August 2026 preferred, although flexibility exists for the right candidates.

Salary: DOE

A private family-owned Oyster 565 is seeking an experienced, professional, and personable crew couple to join for a long-term position in the Mediterranean, with seasonal cruising including the Caribbean. This is a 100% private programme, used by the owners, family and friends.

The ideal candidates will be easy-going, adaptable, proactive and enjoy creating a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere on board while maintaining high standards of yacht care and guest service.



Requirements

Couple Requirements: We are looking for a positive and versatile couple who enjoy both onboard hospitality and hands-on yacht operations.

Captain / Mate: Strong sailing knowledge and experience Confident with vessel maintenance and day-to-day operations Safety conscious whilst maintaining a relaxed guest experience Friendly and approachable personality Able to work closely with owners and family

Stew / Cook: Responsible for guest hospitality, housekeeping and meal preparation Comfortable preparing healthy, fresh family-style cuisine, including vegetarian options Ensure guest areas are maintained to a high standard Enthusiastic, warm and service-focused Happy assisting on deck with docking, lines and fenders Powerboat Level 2 preferred Confident operating tenders and assisting family members around anchorages Daily guest cabin servicing required Family laundry required

Additional Requirements: Non-smoking / non-vaping crew only Easy-going, fun-loving and adaptable personalities essential Strong team players with a positive attitude Divemaster qualification or diving experience highly desirable Excellent presentation and communication skills

Accommodation: Crew accommodation is provided onboard, with cabin arrangements varying depending on guest occupancy.
