Responsibilities:

The purpose of a Cash Management Sales Officer is to be actively selling and supporting cash management products and services within a defined territory(s). The role is expected to solidify member retention and relationships by providing a superior level of contact, service and response. The role will analyze account information from existing and prospective accounts and identify opportunities to expand and develop such relationships.
 
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Manage a portfolio of business members and take regional and local accountability for delivering Treasury and Cash Management solutions to their business members.
• Places focus on revenue generating activities associated with the sale of Cash Management Products and Services.
• Prepares proposals and pricing analysis, assist with RFPs and presentations, coordinate credit approvals and exception pricing, coordinate data input for tracking pipeline and activity.
• Establishes and maintains relationships with Commercial Lenders, Relationship Managers and Branch Managers.
• Provides coverage on product sales related inquiries from Commercial Lenders, Relationship Managers, Branch Managers other internal partners and members.
• Joins Relationship Managers and Branch Managers on in person sales calls or conference calls when appropriate.
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the credit unions reputation and safeguarding Members 1st, its members and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing
• Visually able to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data and figures, viewing a computer terminal, and extensive reading
• Ability to sit for extended time periods
• Sufficient manual skill for operation of PC keyboard and other standard office equipment
• Ability to travel, including occasional overnight travel
• Ability to exert minimum amounts of force occasionally to lift, carry, push, pull or move objects

This figure serves as the entry point in our salary range, and there is potential for the actual salary to be higher based on a variety of factors, such as your experience, skills, education, and location. We believe in recognizing and rewarding talent, so our compensation packages are thoughtfully designed to reflect the unique qualifications and contributions of each candidate.

The minimum salary for this position is: $63,000+/yr About Us:
