Drive strategic initiatives and influence business decisions. CTG is seeking an experienced Business Senior Strategy Analyst to support enterprise-wide strategic planning, business analysis, and cross-functional initiatives for our client. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who excels at transforming complex data into actionable business insights while partnering with stakeholders across the organization.

 

Location: Remote
Duration: 18 months

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support strategic projects, business initiatives, and long-term planning efforts.
  • Analyze business performance, trends, workflows, and operational data to identify opportunities and recommend solutions.
  • Develop executive-level reports, dashboards, presentations, and strategic documentation.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation that meets regulatory and organizational standards.
  • Produce ad hoc and recurring analyses to support business decision-making.
  • Identify project risks, issues, and mitigation strategies while providing actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic outcomes and business improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, risk management policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to business leaders and executive stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in business strategy, business analysis, project management, consulting, or a similar analytical role.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
  • Experience creating executive summaries, strategic reports, and business documentation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple business functions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced degree.
  • Experience in financial services or another highly regulated industry.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies.
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other business intelligence tools.
  • Familiarity with risk management, audit, and regulatory compliance processes.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $35.88 to $59.80/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
