Our client is a company operating in the healthcare/medical industry that specializes in developing desktop software solutions. The company builds large-scale desktop systems used in medical environments, with a strong focus on software quality, reliability, and stability. 

Job Description

  • Design, implement, and maintain scalable end-to-end test automation strategies
  • Implement and maintain test automation frameworks 
  • Build and optimize CI/CD quality gates and automated validation pipelines
  • Perform stress, load, and performance testing activities 
  • Collaborate closely with developers, architects, and QA engineers to improve product quality and reliability
  • Introduce and leverage AI-assisted testing and automation approaches where applicable
  • Analyze test results, identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous quality improvements

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in test automation engineering
  • Strong expertise across multiple testing layers, including unit, integration, system, UI, performance, and stress testing
  • Strong programming skills in at least one of the following languages: C#, Java, Python, or TypeScript
  • Practical experience with modern automation tools such as Playwright, Cypress, and Ranorex
  • Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems
  • Hands-on experience with GitLab CI or similar CI/CD platforms
  • Strong understanding of software quality assurance methodologies and automation best practices
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
  • Upper-Intermediate English level or higher

WILL BE A PLUS

  • Background in C# software development
  • Experience with penetration testing
  • ISTQB certification
  • Experience using AI-assisted development and testing tools
  • Experience working in regulated industries
  • German language proficiency
