Job description

This is a remote position.

This position requires a highly seasoned analyst who can:
* Hit the ground running from day one.
* Work independently with minimal supervision.
* Take ownership of discovery and analysis activities.
* Drive requirements capture and validation directly with business stakeholders.
* Produce high-quality analytical artefacts suitable for immediate consumption by development teams.
* Support delivery velocity without creating additional mentoring overhead for existing squad members.

 

The candidate must demonstrate:
* Extensive experience as a Senior Data Analyst within complex enterprise data environments.
* Strong knowledge of the Insights Platform, and the role it plays in enabling strategic business outcomes.
* Proven ability to independently facilitate workshops and conduct stakeholder interviews to elicit, challenge, and refine
business requirements.
* Deep technical understanding of enterprise data models, data lineage, and data architecture concepts.
* Ability to quickly understand business processes and map source-to-target data flows.
Strong documentation skills, including:
* Data mapping specifications
* Data lineage documentation
* Functional and non-functional requirements
* Business rules and transformation logic


Requirements

* Advanced SQL capability, including the ability to develop sample queries and data validation artefacts to support developers
during solution design and implementation.
* Experience supporting developers and testers through requirements clarification and data validation activities.
* Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage confidently with senior business representatives and
technology teams.
