Position: ERP Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:
ERP Project Management
Lead end-to-end NetSuite ERP implementation, enhancement, migration, and support projects.
Define project scope, objectives, timelines, deliverables, and success criteria in alignment with business goals.
Manage project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, budgeting, and risk management activities.
Monitor project progress and ensure delivery within scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations.
Manage multiple concurrent ERP initiatives and prioritize deliverables effectively.
Conduct post-implementation reviews and lessons-learned sessions.
Ensure smooth transition from project implementation to application support and maintenance teams.
Business Analysis & Solution Delivery
Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders across Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Sales, and Operations.
Translate business requirements into functional and technical ERP solutions.
Facilitate workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and stakeholder meetings.
Configure and oversee NetSuite modules such as Financials, CRM, Order Management, Procurement, Inventory, and Supply Chain.
ERP Implementation & Delivery
Drive ERP implementation methodologies including Discovery, Design, Build, Testing, Deployment, and Hypercare phases.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including business users, consultants, developers, integration teams, and QA teams.
Ensure successful integration of NetSuite with external applications, banking systems, reporting platforms, and third-party tools.
Oversee data migration activities including data mapping, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation.
Coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production readiness activities.
Lead cutover planning, go-live execution, and post-production support activities.
Project Governance
Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests through effective governance processes.
Develop project plans, status reports, RAID logs, communication plans, and executive dashboards.
Track project KPIs and report status, risks, and milestones to senior leadership.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, security standards, and audit requirements.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management
Manage vendor relationships, implementation partners, and third-party service providers.
Provide regular status reports to executive sponsors and ensure system functionality matches the company's operational requirements.
Change Management
Support change management, user adoption, and training programs.
Facilitate organizational readiness by planning communication and training strategies to maximize user adoption and minimize resistance to new workflows.
Agile Delivery
Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Solution Architects, and Engineering teams.
Documentation & Leadership
Ensure proper documentation of business processes, functional designs, technical specifications, and operational procedures.
Provide leadership, mentoring, and guidance to project team members.
Drive process improvement initiatives and ERP optimization opportunities.
