Job description

About LumiMeds

LumiMeds is a fast-growing U.S.-based telehealth startup focused on weight management and long-term metabolic health. We are building the next generation of e-commerce and clinical infrastructure from the ground up.

As an early-stage company, we move quickly, operate with limited layers, and expect high ownership from every team member. There is no bureaucracy here — decisions happen fast, priorities evolve, and builders thrive.

We are a remote-first, globally distributed team that values clarity, accountability, and people who take initiative rather than wait for direction.

We are a remote-first, globally distributed team that believes in accountability, clear communication, and continuous improvement.

Location: Remote (LATAM)
Work Hours: U.S. business hours
Department: Sales

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Sales Team Leader who can drive daily execution, coach performance, and lead by example.

This is not a management role where success is measured by reports and meetings. We need someone who understands what it means to sell, can jump into difficult conversations when needed, and can coach a team toward consistently achieving conversion goals.

You'll be the primary leader for your Sales Representatives during your shift, ensuring leads are followed up quickly, pipelines remain healthy, KPIs are achieved, and blockers are removed before they impact results.

Your mission is simple: help the team close more patients while building a high-performance sales culture.

What You'll Do

Own the Shift

Take full responsibility for your team's performance during U.S. business hours. Manage attendance, coverage, workload distribution, and daily execution.

Coach for Higher Conversion

Review calls, provide real-time coaching, role-play objection handling, and help Sales Representatives improve closing techniques.

Drive Performance

Monitor daily KPIs including:

  • Lead response time
  • Contact rate
  • Appointment rate
  • Conversion rate
  • Revenue generated
  • Activity metrics (calls, SMS, email follow-ups)

Identify performance gaps early and implement action plans.

Remove Roadblocks

Serve as the first point of escalation for sales questions, complex objections, CRM issues, and operational challenges. Solve problems before escalating to leadership whenever possible.

Manage the Pipeline

Ensure inbound leads are worked promptly, outbound campaigns remain active, and no opportunities fall through the cracks.

Hold the Team Accountable

Maintain high standards for CRM documentation, follow-up discipline, sales quality, and adherence to sales playbooks.

Improve the Process

If you identify friction in the sales process, propose solutions. We're looking for builders—not people who simply point out problems.

Report with Insight

Provide leadership with performance updates that include trends, root causes, and actionable recommendations—not just numbers.

What We're Looking For

  • 4+ years of sales experience (inside sales, telesales, high-ticket sales, or B2C sales)
  • At least 2 years leading, mentoring, or coaching a sales team
  • Proven experience improving sales performance and conversion rates
  • Strong understanding of inbound lead management and outbound prospecting
  • Experience coaching objection handling and consultative selling techniques
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Professional-level English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Highly organized with strong follow-up discipline
  • Experience using CRM systems, Dialpad, Slack, spreadsheets, or similar sales tools
  • Experience in telehealth, healthtech, SaaS, DTC, wellness, or subscription businesses is highly preferred

What Makes You Successful

Extreme Ownership

You don't wait for someone else to solve problems. You identify issues, make decisions within your scope, and keep the business moving.

Sales Leadership

You know how to motivate people through coaching, accountability, and measurable improvement—not just pressure.

Data-Driven

You understand sales metrics and know how to translate dashboards into coaching actions.

Resourceful

You look for solutions before escalating problems and help your team become more self-sufficient.

Decisive

You can make quick, informed decisions while balancing customer experience and business objectives.
