Partner - Workers Compensation 

Fully Remote in Florida

 

 

We are seeking a skilled and business-minded Workers' Compensation Defense Partner to join our team. This fully remote position offers you the opportunity help grow our burgeoning Illinois Workers Compensation portfolio, drive our strategic vision, and maintain the exceptional service our clients expect.

 

We have a full workload of cases ready for you to run with! 

 

Position Overview:

As a Partner with our Workers Compensation team, you will play a crucial role in expanding our firm's practice and contributing to its overall growth. We are looking for a self-starter capable of managing a full caseload remotely while fostering client relationships and pursuing business development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Case Management: Lead and manage a diverse range of workers' compensation defense cases from inception through resolution.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Develop and implement effective case strategies in collaboration with clients and team members, ensuring alignment with clients' goals and expectations.
  • Industry Expertise: Stay abreast of legislative changes, judicial rulings, and industry trends affecting workers' compensation to provide informed advice and strategic direction.
  • Client Representation: Represent the firm and clients in hearings, mediations, and other dispute resolution proceedings, demonstrating exceptional advocacy skills.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bar Admission: Must be barred in the State of Florida.
  • Experience: At least three (3) years of experience in workers' compensation defense.
  • Caseload: Ideally should have some business to bring with them.
