Join Qonto's Financial Crime team as a Screening Analyst and play a critical role in protecting our growing client base from money laundering and terrorist financing risks. You'll ensure our 600,000 customers operate within a secure, compliant environment by conducting thorough PEP, sanctions, and adverse media screenings across our European markets.
Working closely with Marina, our Lead AFC Sanctions & Investigations, you'll contribute to maintaining a robust compliance framework that protects Qonto's customers and enables the company to achieve its goal of serving 2M SMEs by 2030.

After completing her Master's degree, Marina built a strong career in Financial Crime prevention at Ebury before joining Qonto in 2020, where she now serves as Lead AFC Sanctions & Investigations, managing a team of nine professionals. Marina balances high compliance standards with a supportive, growth-focused approach. She provides hands-on coaching on complex cases and encourages her team to challenge existing processes while maintaining excellence.
