We are seeking a skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team and support within our EMEA Southern region teams. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in developing and implementing HR programs, and initiatives that align with business objectives and drive organizational effectiveness. You will collaborate closely with leaders to address their HR needs, enhance employee engagement, and foster a high-performance culture.
What You Will Be Doing
Serve as an HR point of contact for teams aligned to you, providing HR guidance and support.
Spearhead talent management strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and driving forward the people strategy.
Ensure current and new HR programs and plans are aligned with the business priorities and monitor effectiveness through the tracking of key performance indicators.
Build relationships with stakeholders in other functions to provide support, coaching and enablement to teams.
Collaborate with the various COE’s within in HR to support and implement various programs.
Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team on hiring and workforce planning.
Provide coaching and support to managers on employee relations matters, including performance management and conflict resolution.
Focus on supporting strong onboarding and offboarding with managers with a key focus on how to set new employees up for success.
Stay informed about HR best practices, market trends, labor laws, and internal company policies to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
Utilize HR metrics and data analyses to identify trends, derive insights, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
Support HR projects and initiatives to drive continuous improvement and enhance the employee experience.
Manage any additional projects or responsibilities that may be assigned based on the business and HR needs.
What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
10 +years of progressive experience in HR roles with a focus on supporting France, Italy, Spain, Turkey, Isreal, Portugal. With understanding of workers councils within Italy, France.
Proven track record developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that drive business results.
Strong understanding of talent management principles, including workforce planning, performance management, and succession planning.
Strong business acumen and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across all levels.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex employee relations issues and resolve conflicts effectively.
Experience working with global teams and being flexible to accommodate multiple time zones while maintaining work-life balance.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Highly analytical with the ability to interpret HR metrics and data to drive insights and recommendations.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
