Role: Senior Drafter / Architect
Compensation: Competitive Basic Salary
Benefits: HMO plus 2 Free Dependents, P1,500 Rice Allowance, Night Differential (If applicable).
Work Schedule: 5-day work week, 1:00 a.m. 10:00 a.m. Philippine time
Work Setup: WFH / WFO



Job Duties and Responsibilities: 

Design & Drafting:

• Work closely with the principal architect and interior designer in the USA to develop and produce detailed architectural drawings, blueprints, and 3D models using CAD software (such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools).
• Manage the design and drafting, ensuring high standards of work quality and efficiency.
• Modify and refine designs working closely with the principal architect in the USA to meet client needs, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
• Ensure precision, accuracy, and safe custody of all drafted documents.
• Participate in multidisciplinary project meetings to align efforts and resolve any issues.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including design changes, stakeholder communications, and progress reports.

Documentation & Reporting:

• Prepare reports and presentations for clients and project stakeholders.
• Ensure all project documentation is organized and accessible.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or a related field
• Professional licensure as an Architect
• Preferably 5 to 7 years of relevant experience of working as drafter and architect on few key project.
• English language - Proficient reading, writing skills and reasonably fluent speaking abilities.
• Apply advanced knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, fire regulations, and other relevant regulations.
• Present design concepts, plans, and progress updates to principal architect and stakeholders.
• Address and resolve client concerns and incorporate feedback into designs.
• Work collaboratively with vendors, engineers, contractors, construction teams to ensure design feasibility and successful implementation.
• Coordinate with other architects and designers to integrate innovative design solutions.
