About the Opportunity
In this role, you will be responsible for SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) solutions at COFCO International, working closely with Service Managers, Business Partners, Project Managers, cross-functional teams, and external vendors.

The company's SAP landscape supports approximately 3,000 users across multiple countries and covers strategic business processes, including:

Key Responsibilities
Implementation & Configuration

Configure and implement SAP MDG solutions according to business requirements.
Perform configuration and/or development activities related to SAP Data Management and SAP Master Data Governance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between SAP and non-SAP systems.
Master Data Governance

Develop and maintain master data governance policies, standards, and procedures.
Ensure the quality, consistency, integrity, and reliability of master data.
Identify data anomalies and support the implementation of corrective actions.
Support & Maintenance

Provide advanced support for SAP MDG solutions.
Investigate and resolve complex incidents and technical issues.
Guide and train internal users when necessary.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure system availability and business continuity.
System Integration

Support data integration between SAP environments and external systems.
Implement, monitor, and maintain data flows.
Ensure consistency and integrity of information across integrated systems.
Continuous Improvement

Identify opportunities to improve SAP MDG processes and functionalities.
Propose solutions that enhance efficiency and data quality.
Participate in digital transformation initiatives related to master data management and governance.
Mandatory Requirements (Screening Criteria)
⚠️ The following requirements are mandatory and must be clearly demonstrated in your CV:

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Master Data Support or Master Data Management.
Proven hands-on experience with SAP MDG (Master Data Governance).
Experience providing SAP MDG support and application maintenance.
Functional and/or technical experience with SAP Data Management and SAP Master Data Governance.
Experience with SAP MDG configuration and/or development.
Practical experience with SAP S/4HANA.
Strong knowledge of SAP Fiori and the new SAP User Experience Design (UxD).
Solid understanding of Data Governance principles.
Knowledge of SAP ASAP and SAP Activate methodologies, including a clear understanding of their differences.
Fluent English, required for daily interaction within an international environment.
Nice to Have
Experience in SAP MDG implementation projects.
Participation in international or digital transformation projects.
Experience integrating SAP and non-SAP systems.
Experience monitoring and managing data flows.
Experience delivering advanced user support and training.
Previous experience in large-scale global SAP environments.
