Job Summary
The SAP CPI (SAP Cloud Platform Integration) Consultant will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting integrations using SAP Integration Suite (formerly SAP CPI). The consultant will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable and reliable integration solutions between SAP and non-SAP systems.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into integration solutions.
Design, develop, test, deploy, and support integrations using SAP Integration Suite (CPI).
Build and maintain iFlows, APIs, and integration interfaces between SAP and third-party applications.
Configure and manage integrations using protocols such as REST, SOAP, OData, IDoc, RFC, and SFTP.
Monitor interfaces, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis.
Support integration scenarios involving SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Ariba, Concur, and other SAP/non-SAP platforms.
Collaborate with functional and technical teams during implementation projects.
Create and maintain technical documentation and support knowledge transfer activities.
Ensure adherence to SAP integration best practices, security standards, and governance requirements.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and integration optimization.
