This role focuses on strengthening operational consistency, improving process discipline, and supporting cross-functional alignment.

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage, coach, and support a team of quoting and SOW specialists supporting Product, Sales, Operations, and Finance stakeholders.

  • Support quality and consistency of Statement of Work documents across professional services and bank application engagements by applying established review and sign-off standards.
  • Serve as an escalation point for quoting questions, pricing exceptions, and SOW scope clarifications, coordinating with Product, Sales, Finance, Legal, and senior leaders as needed.
  • Partner with Managed Services delivery leads to ensure SOW scope accurately reflects resource models, SLAs, and contractual obligations.
  • Maintain and recommend improvements to quoting templates, SOW libraries, and process documentation to reduce cycle time and error rates.
  • Track and share operational metrics, including quote turnaround time, SOW approval cycle, and revision rates, with leadership on an established cadence.
  • Ensure all quoting and SOW activity adheres to applicable financial services regulatory requirements, internal controls, and GLBA information handling standards.
  • Collaborate with Finance to align quote-to-cash processes with revenue recognition policies and billing operations.
  • Participate in Salesforce CPQ enhancement projects, including migration planning toward Revenue Cloud as applicable.

Required Qualifications

  • 4–6+ years in quoting, revenue operations, sales operations, or related business operations, with at least 1–2 years of team lead or people management experience.
  • Demonstrated experience with Salesforce CPQ or equivalent configure-price-quote platform.
  • Direct experience drafting or managing Statements of Work in a professional or managed services environment.
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills with the ability to partner effectively across Sales, Finance, Product, and Operations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce CPQ certification or Revenue Cloud familiarity.
  • Experience operating within a shared services model supporting multiple business units simultaneously.
  • Background in managed services delivery or professional services scoping for technology-enabled financial services clients.
  • Working knowledge of financial services operations, including an understanding of regulatory considerations such as GLBA and bank application processes; familiarity with contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools and quote-to-cash workflow automation.
