As a Territory Manager supporting our Fiberon business, an industry leader in composite decking and outdoor living products, you will help grow our business by building strong, lasting relationships with distributors, dealers, contractors, builders, and other channel partners throughout South Carolina. With the majority of business concentrated along the state's coastal markets, you'll identify opportunities to expand our presence while delivering solutions that help customers grow their businesses.
In this collaborative, customer-focused role, you'll cultivate trusted partnerships, support customer success, and execute thoughtful territory strategies that contribute to sustainable growth. Working closely with your Regional Sales Manager and cross-functional partners, you'll leverage your local market knowledge and industry relationships to strengthen customer partnerships, identify new opportunities, and position Fiberon as the preferred composite decking solution throughout the territory.
This role is ideal for someone with a background and knowledge of 2 step distribution and building materials who enjoys connecting with people, building long-term relationships, and creating mutually beneficial partnerships. You'll work closely with customers to understand their business goals, identify opportunities, and provide consultative solutions while representing one of the industry's most recognized outdoor living brands.

POSITION LOCATION: This is a field-based position supporting our Fiberon business throughout the Florida Panhandle. Candidates must reside within the assigned territory to effectively support customers and business objectives with a preferred location of Jacksonville, FL or Tallahassee, FL.
Regular travel throughout the territory is required, including approximately 4-8 overnight trips per month. This role requires up to 50% travel, including frequent driving. A company expense card is provided for travel-related expenses.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Fortune Brands believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is Hiring Pay Range: $70,000 USD - $110,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based sales incentive plan.
