What You'll do:

- Own the business responsibility for the group-wide Marketing & Sales Data Product across the customer journey, from campaigns to leads, new customers, revenue, and profitability;

- Define, develop, and prioritize the business roadmap in close cooperation with Marketing, Sales, Analytics, and Management;

- Develop and harmonize key metrics such as lead conversion, Customer Acquisition Cost, Return on Marketing Investment, and other marketing and sales KPIs;

- Work closely with Germany, Austria, and other client's countries to establish a group-wide standard for marketing and sales data;

- Define business requirements, data standards, and data governance guidelines within the data mesh approach;

- Support and enable business departments to use the data product and make data-driven decisions.


Who You Are:

-  Degree in computer science, business informatics, mathematics, data science, industrial engineering, or a comparable field;

- Several years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Data Product Owner, or similar role;

- Strong understanding of marketing, sales, or CRM processes;

- Experience working with data products, analytics, or business intelligence solutions;

- Knowledge of modern data warehouse and cloud technologies, ideally Snowflake;

- Experience with SQL, data modeling, and data quality frameworks;

- Ability to translate business requirements into concrete data and reporting solutions;

- Strong communication and facilitation skills with different stakeholders;

- Structured, independent, and strategic working style;

- Experience with agile methods such as Scrum or Kanban;

- Very good English skills.
