Manufacturing Deployment (S/4 HANA)

Duration: Roughly 14 periods

Responsibilities:

• Deliver the new harmonized process, data, analytics, and controls within the subprocess area of Manufacturing.
• Provide knowledge and experience to project activities within the Manufacturing areas.
• Serve as a link between baseline business leaders, IT development team, and any third-party regarding software functionality throughout the project.
• Escalate appropriate decision-making requirements to Project Leadership.
• Support adoption and change management, as well as develop and deliver end-user training where needed.
• Provide deployment support.
• Provide post-go-live support (Hyper-Care).

Requirements:

• Experience with SAP or S/4HANA.
• Experience with Warehousing WMS.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Minimum 4 years of experience working within Foods or Beverage Operations.
• Extensive Excel (pivot tables and data analysis) and PowerPoint knowledge.
• Strong attention to detail; highly organized, with project planning and time management skills.
• Comfortable with challenging the status quo and asking difficult questions.
• Effective communicator, both written and oral; ability to articulate or demonstrate perspectives and best practices.
• This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the company States.
• Ability to travel cross border.
