Job description

Pay Rate: $77.00 - $82.00 Negotiable based upon years of experience
Work Mode: Remote

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze internal and external data to identify trends, assess performance, and support business strategy.
  • Translate data insights into clear, actionable recommendations that support execution across product, marketing, and operations.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, business reports, and performance metrics to monitor KPIs and key initiatives.
  • Design, develop, and maintain reporting frameworks, defining reporting cadences and delivering executive-level reports to senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and support business planning.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all reporting outputs by developing validation processes and partnering with data source/system owners.
  • Develop data-driven reports and presentations to communicate key findings and strategic recommendations to senior management and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Provide ad hoc insights and data support for strategic and operational projects.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or a similar role.
  • Demonstrated exposure to or strong interest in corporate real estate, facilities management, or construction.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities, coupled with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to connect data findings directly to real-world business decisions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate complex technical information into clear, concise, and actionable insights for diverse audiences.
  • Proven ability to effectively communicate with senior leadership.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, enabling the building of effective working relationships across all levels of the organization and with external partners.
  • Expert proficiency with Business Intelligence (BI) platforms (e.g., Tableau, Cognos) for creating insightful dashboards and automated reports.
  • Proven ability to gather, analyze, and document complex business requirements in a structured manner.

  • Strong understanding or working experience in construction project lifecycles, facilities maintenance processes, corporate real estate, and industry best practices.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively in a project-driven environment.
  • Curiosity and a passion for understanding operational challenges and delivering effective solutions for physical infrastructure.
