Tenengroup is looking for an experienced PPC Campaign Manager to manage our paid social acquisition efforts.

We are a global D2C brand house in the lifestyle and jewelry space, building category-defining brands through full vertical integration- from product development to fulfillment. Known for our strong focus on personalization, design, and performance marketing, we scale digitally native brands across multiple international markets.

The Facebook Campaign Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing Meta campaigns, with a strong focus on driving conversions, maximizing ROI, and scaling profitable customer growth.

As we continue to grow, we are evolving our performance marketing approach to be faster, more data-driven, and highly experimental, combining creative, analytics, and technology to unlock growth.


Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage campaigns across multiple platforms, including social media channels.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide regular reports with actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop ad copy and creative assets.
  • Monitor and manage budgets, ensuring maximum ROI on all PPC efforts.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize ad performance and improve conversion rates.


Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience managing PPC campaigns (Must Have- E-commerce industry exprience).
  • Platform Expertise: High proficiency in social media advertising platforms.
  • Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Optimization Skills: Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Team Player: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
