Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical consulting to companies integrating with WKFS software.
  • Consult with companies to understand and document their business and technical requirements.
  • Work with company business analysts on data mapping between systems.
  • Advise companies on usage and capability of the system and appropriate configuration.
  • Identify alternative solutions that address company requirements.
  • Contribute to the analysis, design, development, and testing of customer engagement deliverables.
