The Role:
We are hiring an SDR to develop into a confident, independent full‑cycle sales professional.
The first 90 days focus on learning, skill development, and consistent execution. The SDR will be trained closely by the Sales Manager and gradually take ownership of discovery meetings and pipeline management.
Responsibilities:
Prospect and generate your own meetings.
Run discovery calls with prospects and decision‑makers.
Build rapport, ask thoughtful questions, and lead conversations.
Handle objections confidently.
Qualify opportunities based on ClearView criteria.
Maintain CRM discipline and organized pipeline management.
Follow up consistently and move opportunities toward next steps.
Success Criteria for Promotion:
Independently run discovery meetings with minimal coaching.
Clearly communicate ClearView’s value proposition.
Properly qualify merchants and identify SQLs.
Take ownership of pipeline, follow‑ups, and results.
Demonstrate professionalism, coachability, and continuous improvement.
Promotion: Full-Cycle Sales Specialist
SDRs who demonstrate competency, consistency, and coachability will transition into Full‑Cycle Sales, owning prospecting, discovery, follow‑up, presentations, closing, and account handoff.
