We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Head of Marketing to define and elevate our brand in the global cybersecurity landscape. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for building and scaling a world-class marketing function, driving demand generation, shaping product positioning, and establishing the company as a trusted thought leader in cloud identity security.

Working closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Leadership teams, you will own both marketing strategy and execution while driving measurable business growth across global markets.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Positioning

  • Develop and execute the global marketing strategy aligned with business objectives and growth targets.
  • Define compelling product positioning, messaging, and category narratives for cloud identity security solutions.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and ideal customer profile (ICP) assessments across key international markets.
  • Build the company's reputation as a thought leader through strategic content, industry engagement, and brand initiatives.

Go-to-Market & Demand Generation

  • Lead go-to-market (GTM) planning and execution for new product launches and feature releases.
  • Design and scale demand generation programs across content marketing, digital campaigns, events, account-based marketing (ABM), partnerships, and other acquisition channels.
  • Partner with Sales to generate high-quality pipeline and accelerate revenue growth.
  • Develop impactful sales enablement materials that support enterprise sales efforts.

Brand & Content Marketing

  • Own the company's brand identity, messaging, and external communications.
  • Drive content strategy across websites, blogs, whitepapers, case studies, reports, webinars, and public relations initiatives.
  • Strengthen industry visibility through analyst relations, community engagement, influencers, and strategic partnerships.

Growth & Performance Marketing

  • Build data-driven marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness, engagement, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
  • Monitor and optimize key marketing metrics, including pipeline contribution, customer acquisition cost (CAC), ROI, activation, and retention.
  • Continuously improve channel performance through experimentation, analytics, and performance optimization.

Team Leadership & Operations

  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing organization.
  • Manage relationships with agencies, vendors, and external partners.
  • Foster strong cross-functional collaboration with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and executive leadership to ensure marketing initiatives support business priorities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with significant leadership experience.
  • Proven success scaling marketing functions within SaaS, cybersecurity, or enterprise technology organizations.
  • Strong expertise in product marketing, positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy.
  • Demonstrated experience building demand generation programs that drive qualified pipeline growth.
  • Excellent storytelling, content strategy, and brand development skills.
  • Experience marketing to enterprise IT and security decision-makers.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience measuring and optimizing marketing performance.
  • Excellent project management, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience marketing cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, identity management, or related enterprise technology solutions.
  • Exposure to global B2B markets, particularly North America, Europe, and India.
  • Experience with enterprise sales enablement, ABM strategies, and partner marketing initiatives.
  • Familiarity with modern marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
