Sales Development Representative

THE OPPORTUNITY
Our client is a Series A robotics company (~90 people, founded 2021, $45M raised) offering AI-powered robots-as-a-service with zero custom engineering and minimal deployment friction. This is a high-volume outbound SDR seat generating pipeline into manufacturing, logistics, and CPG.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Execute a high-volume, multi-channel outbound strategy with a heavy focus on cold calling (100+ dials/day). Identify, research, and prospect into target accounts across manufacturing, logistics, and CPG. Qualify leads and consistently book one SQL per day for AEs. Attend industry trade shows and events to generate pipeline. Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine outreach and messaging.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
First 90 days: ramp on the outbound motion and consistently book qualified meetings. First year: reliably hit SQL targets and build strong manufacturing/logistics pipeline.
MUST-HAVES
1–2 years in a B2B outbound sales-development role; comfort with high-volume cold calling; strong research and prospecting discipline.
NICE-TO-HAVES
Manufacturing, logistics, robotics, or CPG experience; trade-show/event prospecting.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
$50K–$65K base (USD), $70K–$120K OTE, competitive equity. Visa sponsorship available.
LOCATION & WORK MODEL
Remote in Dallas (top priority) or Los Angeles; in-person in Boston.
