This role is responsible for supporting day-to-day platform operations, ensuring data accuracy, assisting with client support, maintaining the support backlog, and helping deliver an excellent client experience.
Working closely with the Product Manager, this position plays a key role in supporting Project UP's continued growth by ensuring client requests are handled efficiently, reporting data is accurate, and platform administration is completed to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities

Provide first-line support for Project UP client tickets, ensuring an initial response within one business day.

Perform first-pass data validation and report quality assurance, including verifying practice figures before client meetings.

Complete day-to-day platform administration, including user setup, client configuration, EHR and product mapping, and onboarding activities.

Attend client meetings and internal data review sessions, capturing meeting notes, action items, and following up where required.

Monitor and maintain the Project UP support backlog, ensuring tickets are prioritised and actioned appropriately.

Escalate complex technical issues, data concerns, integration decisions, and product enhancement requests to the Product Manager.

Support reporting and business intelligence activities by maintaining accurate data and dashboards.

Assist with documenting processes, maintaining operational records, and identifying opportunities to improve workflows.

Work collaboratively with internal teams to support ongoing product improvements and client success.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience working with reporting data and business intelligence tools such as Power BI.

Experience performing data validation, reconciliation, or quality assurance.

Strong administrative, organisational, and time management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Comfortable learning new software platforms and business systems.

Relevant tertiary qualification (such as BCom Business Management or similar), completed or currently in progress.
Preferred Skills

Experience using Freshdesk, Asana, or similar support and project management platforms.

Exposure to SQL or reporting databases.

Experience with SaaS platforms, onboarding, or platform administration.

Experience working with EHR systems or healthcare technology is advantageous.

Data analytics or business intelligence certification is beneficial but not required.
Experience

3–5 years' experience in administration, operations, data analysis, project coordination, client support, or a similar role.
