Due to the development of John Deere Polska Business Service Center in Poznań we are currently seeking candidates for the position of:
Accounts Payable Apprentice
Poznań, Poland
Your responsibilities:
- Supporting the Accounts Payable department in daily operational activities
- Verifying invoices and ensuring accurate posting in line with company policies
- Maintaining effective communication with internal and external business partners
- Monitoring and ensuring accuracy of vendor accounts, including reconciliation and corrective actions
- Managing VAT-related corrections and ensuring compliance with local regulatory requirements
Our requirements:
- You are a student - preferred majors: finance, economics
- You can communicate effectively in English (B1/B2)
- You are fluent in MS Office programs and have analytical skills
- You are responsible and not afraid of challenges
- You are result-oriented, proactive, and initiative-driven
- You are not afraid of working independently, but at the same time you are able to cooperate with others
- The knowledge of German would be an asset
