Job description

This is a remote position.

Superlanet is seeking an experienced Epic Principal Trainer – Inpatient Orders to support a Southern California healthcare client. This role will focus on developing and delivering Epic Inpatient Orders training, supporting curriculum development, training environment maintenance, and ongoing education initiatives for providers across multiple hospital sites. This is a remote, 4-month contract opportunity through end of the year, with the possibility of extension.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and deliver Epic Inpatient Orders training curriculum for providers across multiple hospital sites.
  • Design and update training materials, maintain the Epic training environment, and ensure education aligns with current workflows and system enhancements.
  • Assess learning needs, identify training gaps, and implement educational programs that promote standardized workflows and quality outcomes.
  • Partner with clinical leadership, operational teams, and IT stakeholders to support user adoption, competency development, and ongoing Epic education initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • Active EpicCare Inpatient Orders Principal Trainer Certification
  • Active Epic Training Environment Build Certification
  • 3–5 years of progressive healthcare education or Epic training experience
  • Experience developing curriculum and delivering Epic training programs
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to educate diverse audiences

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting multi-hospital healthcare systems
  • Experience training physicians and inpatient clinical staff
  • Experience supporting Epic implementations, upgrades, and optimization initiatives
  • Background in adult learning, instructional design, or healthcare education
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional clinical and operational leadership teams




Benefits

Pay rate based on experience $45.00/hr - $53.00/hr
