Job description

This is a remote position.

Superlanet is seeking an Integration Analyst for our healthcare client in Texas. This is a primarily remote position with onsite presence required approximately once per month.

This role is responsible for assisting with application integrations, troubleshooting interface issues, supporting software implementations, and working with technical and operational teams to improve system performance and workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation and maintenance of healthcare application integrations.
  • Troubleshoot interface and system issues to ensure reliable data exchange.
  • Assist with software implementations, upgrades, testing, and production support.
  • Collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical teams to gather requirements and improve workflows.
  • Monitor system performance and recommend process improvements.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and support end-user training as needed.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting healthcare applications, system integrations, or interfaces.
  • Experience with HL7 interfaces and healthcare information systems preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Active Directory, networking, Citrix, Windows environments, and Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with .NET, Visual Basic, HTML, or SQL is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
  • Willingness to provide occasional after-hours support as needed.


Benefits

Salary based on experience $70,000 - $84,000
