Job description

This is a remote position.

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of 40–50 small business clients within the home services industry. This role combines client relationship management, project coordination, and basic digital marketing strategy, primarily focused on SEO and website
management.
The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, within an agency environment, and can confidently communicate performance metrics and translate digital marketing results into meaningful business outcomes for clients.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of 40–60 client accounts.
  • Manage client relationships and ensure an exceptional customer experience and satisfaction.
  • Create meeting agendas and lead regular client meetings to review performance, deliver updates, and discuss next steps.
  • Translate digital marketing performance into business outcomes and explain results in a clear, client-friendly manner.
  • Coordinate client requests and manage communication between clients and internal teams, including SEO and Paid Media specialists.
  • Draft meeting recaps, action items, and strategic recommendations following client discussions. 
  • Monitor client performance metrics.
  • Stay informed on SEO and Digital Advertising updates and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with other departments to develop client improvement plans and retention strategies.
  • Ensure all projects, deliverables, and client requests are completed accurately and on time.
  • Maintain organized documentation and account records within project management systems.


Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Account Management, or a related role.
  • Previous Digital Marketing Agency experience is highly preferred.
  • Understanding of SEO concepts and digital marketing performance metrics.
  • Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to lead client meetings and present performance results confidently.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with client retention and relationship management practices.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and AI tools.
