This is a remote position.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
• Generate pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, and events
• Qualify opportunities and run effective discovery conversations with potential clients
• Build relationships with decision makers and guide them through the evaluation process
• Manage a consistent pipeline of opportunities and maintain clear next steps for each deal
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth hand offs once deals are closed
• Represent the company at local events, meetings, and industry gatherings
• Develop relationships with companies hiring globally and help them adopt the company’s platform
• Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS, fin-tech, HR tech, or payroll platforms
• Ability to manage a pipeline of opportunities and consistently generate new leads
• Comfortable with outbound prospecting and building your own pipeline
• Strong discovery and consultative selling skills
• Experience closing multiple deals per month in a fast-paced environment
• Highly organized with strong follow-up discipline
• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish
