Paid Media Manager (Digital Marketing Agency)

About the Company

The company is a rapidly growing, full-service digital marketing agency looking to hire a Paid Media Manager with prior experience in digital marketing. They are looking for a detail-oriented, highly motivated, and tenacious individual excited to join an entrepreneurial company with an expanding Fortune 5000 client base.

About the Role

The Paid Media Manager will serve as the client's main point of contact and digital marketing strategist — developing and managing a portfolio of PPC accounts and campaigns, building strong client relationships, and growing accounts. They will represent the client to the internal team and act as the face of the company in every client interaction.

As position titles vary across companies, this role suits a multi-disciplinary campaign manager with hands-on Paid Media management experience, primarily within the Google Ads suite, but comfortable with Paid Social too.

• Agency experience required: minimum 4 years in a client-facing role
  
• The application process includes an exercise within a live ad account
  

Responsabilities

• Maintain proactive, consistent client communication on progress, performance, and problem resolution
  
• Independently lead all client-facing communications as the primary POC
  
• Manage a portfolio of ~5–7 clients, multi-channel campaigns (Search, Display, Social, Video), averaging $30K–$50K/month ad spend
  
• Test and optimize ad copy, bids, and budgets to maximize ROI
  
• Execute and analyze monthly business metrics, budgets, and reports
  
• Research new campaign opportunities and track platform/industry trends
  

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years direct experience managing Paid Media campaigns (Google Ads primary, comfortable with Paid Social)
  
• Minimum 4 years agency experience in a client-facing role — weighted more heavily than total years of experience
  
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing is a plus, not required
  
• Must complete a live ad account exercise as part of the application process
  
  

Hard Skills

• Google Ads (Search, Display, PMax, Shopping), Microsoft Ads, Paid Social (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn)
  
• Campaign reporting, budget management, and performance analytics
  
• Advanced Excel and ad platform proficiency
  
• Experience with third-party or AI tools for campaign setup, tracking, or reporting
