Senior Recruitment Consultant - Up to £40k base + Unlimited OTE

Fully Remote UK Based or London Office

As part of our continued growth, we're looking for a commercially driven Senior Recruitment Consultant to take ownership of and help scale Cloud Bridge Tech Recruitment (CBTR), our specialist Cloud and Technology recruitment division.

This is not a traditional recruitment role.

It's an opportunity to build and grow a specialist cloud recruitment business backed by an established, award-winning AWS Premier Partner, Cloud Bridge. You'll have direct access to enterprise customers, strategic partnerships, and some of the most skilled cloud professionals in the industry, giving you a competitive edge that no standalone agency can offer.

What You'll Do

  • Own and grow CBTR's cloud recruitment practice, operating as a business within a business.

  • Win new clients and expand existing accounts across the UK, with a clear roadmap to scale into European markets.

  • Act as a strategic talent partner across cloud and technology markets, not just filling roles, but advising clients on hiring strategy.

  • Build deep talent pipelines across Cloud Engineering, DevOps, Platform Engineering, Architecture, FinOps, Data, AI and Security.

  • Leverage Cloud Bridge's consulting team, customer base and strategic partnerships to unlock hiring opportunities others can't access.

  • Help shape the future of CBTR, including building and leading a team as the function scales.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven agency recruitment background within technology or cloud markets.

  • Consistent billing record of £200k+ per year.

  • Strong business development and account growth experience — you know how to open doors and grow relationships.

  • Hands-on experience recruiting within cloud, infrastructure, DevOps or related technology markets.
