- Format Innovation: Conceptualize platform-native content formats (carousels, reels, infographics, short videos, threads) tailored to each platform's audience and algorithm.
- Community Management: Publish, schedule, and manage content across channels; monitor comments, messages, and community interactions and escalate where required.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Coordinate with the MarCom lead and programme teams for timely content inputs, approvals, and cross-functional alignment.

Video Production and Editing

- Storytelling: Work with leadership and programme staff to translate field visits, data insights, and research findings into short, engaging video narratives.

- Brand Governance: Ensure all visual content adheres to the organization's brand guidelines, including color palette, typography, logo usage, and tone of visual communication.
- Template Design: Create and maintain design templates for recurring content formats (newsletter graphics, quote cards, infographic series, event posters) to ensure consistency and production efficiency.
- Trend Awareness: Stay current with design trends and platform-specific visual best practices to keep content visually fresh and relevant.

Analytics and Performance Tracking

- Data Monitoring: Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics across platforms using native analytics tools (LinkedIn Analytics, Meta Insights, YouTube Studio) and third-party tools (Hootsuite, Zoho, Sprout Social, or equivalent).
- Reporting: Prepare monthly and quarterly social media performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations for content strategy refinement.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor trends, audience behavior, competitor content, and sector conversations to identify opportunities for increased reach and engagement.
- Optimization: Use data to continuously test and optimize content formats, posting times, hashtags, and messaging to improve performance.

Website Content Management

- Technical Liaison: Coordinate with the web developer for any technical updates; ensure content accuracy, consistency of tone, and alignment with the site's information architecture.
- Audits: Conduct periodic content audits to identify gaps, outdated pages, and SEO improvement opportunities. A basic understanding of SEO principles for content optimization is desirable.
