Job Summary

We are looking for a tenacious, self-motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to spearhead the outbound lead generation efforts for a premier commercial signage and branding firm. In this role, you will be the engine at the top of the sales funnel, identifying high-value prospects and turning cold outreach into qualified opportunities. This is a purely outbound role designed for a "hunter" who thrives on building a pipeline from scratch and setting the stage for the closing team to win major contracts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential commercial clients across various industries that require high-impact signage and branding solutions.
  • Build and maintain targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn, Google, and industry-specific directories.
  • Execute high-volume outbound prospecting campaigns via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Conduct cold calling daily to qualify prospects and generate immediate interest.
  • Schedule qualified appointments and discovery calls for the closing team.
  • Manage and optimize the sales funnel to ensure a consistent flow of leads.
  • Maintain meticulous CRM records and follow up relentlessly with interested prospects.
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets for outreach activity and booked meetings.

Requirements
