Job description

At Duna, we see the company as the second product we’re building and are continually working to create a transparent, ambitious culture. We want this to be the place where you do your best work.

Our mission is to redefine identity for the global economy. We’re backed by world-class investors including Index Ventures as well as founders and executives from companies like Stripe, Adyen, Notion, Remote, Qonto, Framer, Anthropic, Mollie, OpenAI, Goldman Sachs.

Duna is growing fast, and we're really excited to bring a Visual Designer onboard to own the visual language across everything we put into the world.

"Design at Duna isn't about making things look pretty. It's about translating abstract concepts into clarity. Your work directly unblocks deals and shapes how the market sees us." — Duco, Co-founder

Since your role will rarely fit a job description, we only wrote a crisp overview.

What you'll be doing

  • Design sales decks, one-pagers, comparison charts, and deck templates that help close enterprise deals.

  • Produce LinkedIn visuals - graphics, templates, and supporting assets - that make our copy land.

  • Build hero images, section graphics, and supporting visuals for duna.com and landing pages.

  • Make icons, illustrations, and infographics for white papers, blog posts, and long-form content.

  • Turn complex ideas into diagrams and charts that clarify rather than decorate.

What we're looking for

  • 3–6 years of professional experience — You care about speed and taste, and you love to execute

  • A producer, not a perfectionist — You move and ship fast

  • Adobe mastery — Experience in InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop

  • Figma fluency — Comfortable designing for screen, with the basics of web and responsive thinking

  • Curious about AI — You're actively testing AI design tools and finding where they speed you up.

  • Taste within constraints — You can design within existing brand guidelines without needing to reinvent them

  • Self-directed executor and strong learning mindset — excelling in fast-moving environments and proactive in continuous learning

  • Collaborative energy — excited to work closely with founders, GTM and product
