OUR OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a Senior Visual Designer to create high-fidelity digital banking interfaces across mobile and web for retail and corporate customers. The role focuses on delivering consistent, accessible, and build-ready UI within enterprise design systems and banking platforms.

YOU WILL

»       Create high-fidelity UI designs covering complete journeys, states, exceptions, and responsive experiences.

»       Apply enterprise design-system components, patterns, tokens, typography, colour, and visual guidelines consistently.

»       Design for both English LTR and Arabic RTL experiences in collaboration with the Arabic design specialist.

»       Ensure designs meet WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility requirements.

»       Create or direct iconography, illustration, imagery, motion, and micro-interactions where required.

»       Produce developer-ready specifications and handover materials.

»       Design within platform capabilities such as Backbase and identify design-system gaps.

»       Propose new or enhanced components through the appropriate design governance process.

»       Collaborate with UX, research, content, design operations, and engineering teams.

»       Iterate designs based on research, stakeholder feedback, and usability testing.

»       Support developers during implementation and review delivered screens against approved designs.

»       Work within Agile sprint cycles and maintain design delivery ahead of development.

»       Document design decisions and component usage.

»       Mentor junior and mid-level designers.

Requirements

»       TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THE ROLE YOU NEED

»       6–10 years of UI/Visual Design experience, including 3+ years in enterprise, financial services, or regulated digital products.

»       Strong portfolio demonstrating complex, responsive, multi-state digital experiences.

»       Advanced Figma skills, including shared libraries, components, variants, and tokens.

»       Strong understanding of enterprise design systems and design governance.

»       Experience with iconography, illustration, motion, and micro-interactions.

»       Good knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA.

»       Experience creating developer-ready design specifications.

»       Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

»       Strong visual design, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.

»       Experience with Backbase or similar digital banking platforms is an advantage.

»       Arabic/RTL design experience is an advantage.

»       GCC/KSA banking or other regulated-industry experience is an advantage.

»       Knowledge of HTML/CSS or motion tools such as After Effects, Rive, or Lottie is a plus.

»       Degree or diploma in Design or a related field is preferred.
