Operating within a specialised and evolving technology environment, this 6-month fixed term position supports structural excellence and operational compliance by addressing key gaps within an established quality management system. The role focuses on the precise drafting of quality documentation, the systematic tracking of compliance evidence, and the continuous development of standards to ensure full alignment with regulatory frameworks.
Offering high adaptability to suit the selected professional, this opportunity can be structured on either a full-time or part-time basis, with remote or in-office working arrangements tailored to the candidate's preferences. The successful candidate will act as a dedicated ISO 9001 compliance champion, transforming technical processes into highly structured, audit-ready documentation to support the ongoing stability of the platform. This position could be part-time/full time remote work from home or hybrid. This is a 6-month fixed term position.
Documentation Drafting and Development: Draft, review, and further develop comprehensive quality management documentation to address existing gaps within the compliance framework.
Evidence Tracking and Management: Establish, maintain, and monitor rigorous tracking mechanisms to gather and safeguard compliance evidence across the system and platform.
Process Alignment and Optimisation: Review existing operational workflows against established standards, ensuring that internal practices are systematically captured and compliant.
Quality Management Support: Provide expert guidance on maintaining international quality standards, ensuring all platform processes remain structured and audit-ready.
Proven, non-negotiable practical experience as an ISO 9001 compliance consultant.
Strong capability in drafting, structuring, and maintaining quality management systems and evidence trackers.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical systems into clear, compliant documentation.
High level of self-management and the ability to work independently, whether operating remotely or within an office.
Prior compliance experience operating within the information technology (IT) or financial technology (Fintech) sectors. ISO9001 experience is essential.
