William Billy Batt is the Managing Partner at Prime Acquisitions Group, a mergers and acquisitions company that sources, flips, buys, and sells businesses for investors. Prime Acquisitions Group supports investors across 15 plus verticals and operates as an A-Z concierge service, helping with sourcing businesses, negotiating contracts, due diligence, closing, and transferring assets. The company also has its own deal platform with more than 300 listings for sale and is building in the AI-powered M&A space.

We are looking for a sharp, proactive, and highly organized Virtual Assistant who can support a fast-moving Managing Partner. This person must be comfortable working with someone who is direct, intense, hands-on, and focused on speed, ownership, systems, accountability, and using AI to work smarter.

As our assistant, you will support the Managing Partner by helping keep the operational layer running smoothly so he can stay focused on deals, strategy, building the business, and continuing to grow the company's AI-driven systems.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the Managing Partner's calendar, scheduling, rescheduling, focus blocks, conflicts, and meeting prep
  • Triaging Gmail, flagging urgent items, drafting replies, and handling routine communication
  • Supporting the deal pipeline by following up with sellers and brokers, chasing missing documents, updating the CRM, and tracking stalled items
  • Creating briefing documents before calls with sellers, buyers, investors, prospects, and partners
  • Coordinating team meetings, EOD reports, action items, Slack channels, and team follow-ups
  • Pulling and organizing sales call reports, daily scoreboards, deal updates, and weekly review information
  • Assisting with travel, event logistics, DealCon, masterminds, webinars, speaking engagements, and follow-up
  • Supporting vendor and contractor management, including onboarding paperwork, tool access, invoices, AR follow-ups, and payment tracking
  • Helping with Skool community moderation, post scheduling, basic content formatting, uploads, and routine social media support
  • Supporting Advisory Board cohorts, DealCon summits, webinars, and masterminds with registration, attendee communication, materials, and follow-up
  • Assisting with personal operations, including reminders, errands, gift sending, household vendors, family logistics, and honeymoon planning
  • Running AI prompts, executing AIME playbooks, using AI tools, and adding outputs to the correct systems
  • Keeping SOPs, systems, reports, priorities, and next steps organized
  • Staying responsive during work hours and shifting quickly when live deals or urgent items come up

In addition to the above, the ideal candidate must be/have:

  • Strong judgment and able to make decisions on small items while escalating bigger issues quickly
  • Clear and direct in communication, especially when something is blocked, urgent, or needs attention
  • Able to push back respectfully when needed and bring solutions, not just problems
  • Calm under pressure and able to shift priorities quickly when live deals or urgent items come up
  • Outcome focused and able to keep work moving without needing constant direction
  • Comfortable working with systems, SOPs, scoreboards, reports, and accountability
  • Resourceful and comfortable using AI to work faster, solve problems, and figure things out independently
  • Trustworthy and discreet with access to email, calendar, financial details, deal flow, and personal information
  • Responsive, organized, and able to work well in a fast-paced environment
  • You must be tech savvy, AI fluent, and quick to pick up new tools, systems, and software

Position Details

  • This is a W2 position
  • Benefits include PTO, Paid Holidays, and Performance Based Bonus Pay
  • The position will be 30-40 hours per week
  • Hours are: Monday through Thursday, and possibly half days or full days on Friday, between 8:00 am – 4:00 pm MT
  • The pay rate is $30/hr USD
  • We are looking for someone to become a long-term (3+ years) team member
