Receptionist (Gdańsk)
Do Twoich obowiązków należeć będzie:
- Bieżąca obsługa recepcji, w tym: obsługa połączeń telefonicznych, koordynowanie obiegiem dokumentów, współpraca z firmami kurierskimi
- Przyjmowanie gości zewnętrznych, współpracowników firmy
- Dbanie o utrzymanie właściwej kultury pracy w recepcji
- Archiwizowanie dokumentów
- Uczestniczenie w bieżących projektach Działu Administracji
Zgłoś się do nas, jeśli posiadasz:
- Doświadczenie w pracy na podobnym stanowisku
- Bardzo dobrą znajomość języka angielskiego
- Dobrą znajomość pakietu MS Office
- Bardzo dobrze rozwinięte umiejętności organizacji, planowania i ustalania priorytetów,
- Dużą energię do działania i łatwość nawiązywania kontaktów

The minimum gross monthly salary for this role is 4,880.00 PLN. The final salary will be determined based on objective factors such as professional experience, qualifications, scope of responsibility.
This position is be eligible for variable pay components, such as annual or performance-based bonuses, awarded in accordance with the applicable employee group, role scope, and compensation structure.
