As a German-Speaking Customer Expert, you'll be the friendly first point of contact for our customers, delivering top-tier support via phone, email, and chat.

  • Assist German-speaking customers with inquiries, orders, and troubleshooting
  • Deliver clear, empathetic solutions that keep customer satisfaction high
  • Document every interaction accurately in our CRM system
  • Work hand in hand with your team to keep improving the customer experience

What We Are Looking For

  • Native or near-native German (C1/C2 level)
  • Fluent English (B2 level or higher) for internal communication and training
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
