Your Role

As a German-Speaking Customer Expert, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing top-tier support via phone, email, and chat.

  • Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and troubleshooting in German
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing clear and empathetic solutions
  • Document interactions accurately in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with team members to improve the overall customer experience

What We Are Looking For

  • Native or near-native German (C1/C2 level)
  • Fluent English (B2 level) for internal communication and training
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
