Job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and reconcile daily sales transactions at the assigned site.
  • Review sales records and counter readings to ensure accuracy.
  • Handle customer collections, advance payments, and customer account follow-up.
  • Maintain receivables records and support collection activities.
  • Monitor site operating expenses and ensure proper documentation.
  • Manage the site's petty cash in accordance with company policies.
  • Coordinate daily with the Cairo Finance Team, responding to financial inquiries and providing required supporting information.
  • Participate in the monthly financial closing process by reconciling and closing site accounts with the Cairo Finance Team.
  • Report directly to the Cairo Finance Team while providing day-to-day financial support to the Site Technical Team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, or candidates with up to 2–4 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in utility, infrastructure, construction, or water treatment companies is preferred.
  • Good command of Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
  • Commerce (English Section) graduates are preferred.
  • Must be a resident of Hurghada / Red Sea Governorate.
  • Good knowledge of IFRS and Egyptian tax regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
