Job description

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and reconcile daily sales transactions at the assigned site.
Review sales records and counter readings to ensure accuracy.
Handle customer collections, advance payments, and customer account follow-up.
Maintain receivables records and support collection activities.
Monitor site operating expenses and ensure proper documentation.
Manage the site's petty cash in accordance with company policies.
Coordinate daily with the Cairo Finance Team, responding to financial inquiries and providing required supporting information.
Participate in the monthly financial closing process by reconciling and closing site accounts with the Cairo Finance Team.
Report directly to the Cairo Finance Team while providing day-to-day financial support to the Site Technical Team.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, or candidates with up to 2–4 years of relevant experience.
Experience in utility, infrastructure, construction, or water treatment companies is preferred.
Good command of Microsoft Excel.
Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
Commerce (English Section) graduates are preferred.
Must be a resident of Hurghada / Red Sea Governorate.
Good knowledge of IFRS and Egyptian tax regulations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
