Job description

EOS Integrator / Head of Growth & Operations

  • This job is open to candidates working remotely from anywhere
  • Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8 hours per day, most of them overlapping with US Central Time
  • Compensation: 2000 USD/month base salary + up to $12,000 USD in performance bonuses for 2026

Most operators keep the machine running. This role is for someone who builds the machine — and then runs it at full speed.

Calvin Smith is an entrepreneur and EOS Implementer building a personal brand and coaching business designed to help entrepreneurs access systems, coaching, and opportunities they'd never find on their own.

The business has a podcast, a speaking programme, a Skool community, an EOS consulting pipeline, and a content operation across multiple platforms. Right now those pieces exist. What's missing is the person who connects them into a system that compounds.

That's this role.

What this actually is

This is a player-coach seat. You will build the operating system, lead the team, and still get your hands dirty when something needs doing. You are not here to sit in meetings and send status updates. You are here to make things move.

Think of it as running a small media and consulting business inside a larger one — with clear goals, a real scoreboard, and the autonomy to figure out how to hit the numbers.

What you'll own

  • Build the operating system — scorecards, dashboards, meeting rhythm, accountability structure, and reporting so the whole team knows what's happening and what's next
  • Hire and lead the team responsible for social growth, LinkedIn, podcast, speaking outreach, EOS sales pipeline, Skool community, content, and AI automation
  • Use AI and automation daily to make the team faster, cut manual work, and build systems that don't break when you're not watching
  • Turn 12-month goals into weekly execution — social follower targets, podcast bookings, speaking engagements, EOS sessions sold, Skool revenue
  • Protect Calvin's time — he should be focused on content, sales, EOS sessions, speaking, and relationships, not chasing updates or re-explaining priorities

Your 12-month goals

  • Non-LinkedIn social followers: 1,000,000+ within 12 months
  • LinkedIn followers: 250,000+ within 12 months
  • EOS sessions: 50+ per year at $5,000/session
  • Guest podcast appearances: 2+ per month
  • Owned podcast episodes: 2+ per month
  • Speaking engagements: 6+ per year, with 3+ outside the U.S.

What you'll need

Leadership:

  • 5+ years leading teams, including direct accountability conversations when people miss targets
  • Managed 7+ people at the same time
  • Run weekly meetings where people reported numbers, not just updates
  • Can lead and execute simultaneously — not one or the other

Operations:

  • 3+ years in ops, chief of staff, agency ops, creator ops, founder support, or growth ops
  • Built and managed a weekly scorecard, KPI dashboard, or reporting system personally
  • Managed 5+ active projects or workstreams simultaneously
  • 2+ years working directly with a founder, creator, coach, or consultant

AI and automation:

Use AI tools daily — Claude, ChatGPT, Zapier, n8n, or similar

  • Built at least 3 real workflows, automations, SOPs, or reporting systems using these tools
  • Can explain what you built, why it mattered, and what improved
  • Not learning AI here — already using it and getting better every week

Growth and content awareness — you don't need to be the expert, but you need to understand enough to lead the people doing the work:

  • Real familiarity with at least 3 of: social media growth, LinkedIn growth, podcast operations, sales pipeline/CRM, online courses/Skool/community, speaking or event outreach

  • You avoid hard conversations about performance
