The Software Test Engineering Manager leads a team responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of enterprise software products. This role defines and executes the end-to-end testing strategy, including test planning, automation, validation, and release readiness, while driving continuous improvement across the software development lifecycle.
The manager partners closely with R&D engineering managers, product management, DevOps, and quality stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions in an Agile environment. This role is accountable for building a high-performing team, establishing modern testing practices, and ensuring alignment with business and customer expectations. This role should also have ideas and experience on how to introduce AI into our software testing process.
Additional Details
This job has a full time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely. Applications for this job will be accepted until at least July 17, 2026 or until the job is no longer posted.The full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $150,000.00 - $281,250.00/yr plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
