About Frontier

Frontier is a subsidiary of Fresh Prints. Fresh Prints is a New York-based, fast-growing, fully remote company with a team of 380+ people across the globe. A few years ago, Fresh Prints started helping other fast-growing companies build exceptional remote teams. We got so good at it that we decided to spin out a new company dedicated exclusively to that missionβ€”and that's how Frontier was born.

At Frontier, we help high-growth companies hire world-class global talent. Our clients are innovative businesses across a variety of industries, and we connect them with outstanding professionals who are eager to grow their careers in a fully remote environment.

About the Client

Our client, Ripple Junction, has been creating officially licensed pop culture merchandise since 1992. What started as two friends selling T-shirts from a van has grown into one of the leading designers and manufacturers of licensed apparel and merchandise in the United States.

They partner with globally recognized entertainment brands to create high-quality products inspired by movies, TV shows, anime, music, gaming, and pop culture. At Ripple Junction, creativity, collaboration, and a passion for fans are at the heart of everything they do.
