Sales & Commercial Account Manager - Unified Communications
Position Overview
As a Sales & Commercial Account Manager, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth and managing strategic relationships within the unified communications sector.

You will be responsible for nurturing existing client accounts, ensuring their needs are met, and providing exceptional service to drive customer satisfaction and retention. In this role, you will leverage your extensive knowledge of unified communications technologies to develop and implement effective account strategies that align with our business goals.

Salary & Benefits

The estimated base salary for this position is $90,000 - $140,000 a year. Please note we are happy to have conversations around salary expectations, and will assess each candidate on their own experience and merits.

There will also be a competitive commission scheme in addition.

Responsibilities

  • Account Management: You will build and maintain strong relationships with key client accounts, understanding their needs and ensuring long-term satisfaction.

  • Strategic Planning: You will develop account strategies that drive growth and maximize opportunities within your assigned accounts in the unified communications sector.

  • Client Engagement: You will engage with clients to understand their business objectives and challenges, advocating for their needs within the company.

  • Sales Performance: You will monitor and analyze account performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities for upselling, and areas for improvement.

  • Sales Proposals: You will prepare and deliver high-quality sales proposals and presentations tailored to the specific needs of your accounts.

  • Collaboration: You will collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and technical teams to ensure alignment on account strategies and client solutions.

  • Market Analysis: You will conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in unified communications.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience:

    • You should have experience in sales or account management, preferably within the technology or telecommunications sector.

    • A proven track record of managing client accounts and driving revenue growth is essential.

  • Skills:

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to build relationships with clients and stakeholders effectively.

    • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills are required to assess account performance and develop effective strategies.

    • Proficiency in CRM software and analytics tools is expected to manage account relationships and performance insights.

  • Attributes:

    • You should be self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.

    • A deep understanding of unified communications technologies and emerging trends is highly valued.
